MANAGING BOARD

Mag. Klaus Schörghofer

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Klaus Schörghofer has been Chairman of the Executive Board of VIVATIS Holding AG since October 2026. A native of Lower Austria, he has many years’ management experience in the Austrian consumer goods and food industry.
He spent a significant portion of his professional career at Brau Union Österreich, where he held various national and international leadership positions for approximately 20 years. After stepping down as Chairman of the Executive Board in 2023, he joined the Austrian family-owned company EGGER Getränke, where he served as CEO for just under three years.

At VIVATIS Holding AG, he is responsible for the overall coordination of the Executive Board as well as the areas of sales, marketing, product innovation and product portfolio management, PR/corporate communications, human resources, and cor-porate organization.

Mag. Daniel Haider, MBA

Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board (CFO)

Daniel Haider has served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of VIVATIS Holding AG since October 2026. A native of the Mühlviertel region, he has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of investment management, business development, strategy, and corporate governance. Most recently, he headed the investment management division at Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich and has supported the VIVATIS Group for many years in various roles.

On the Executive Board, he is responsible for finance and accounting, controlling, real estate management, legal and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, IT, and energy procurement.

DR. FRANZ SCHÜTZ, MBA

Executive Board Member for Technology, Production, and Operations (CTO)

Dr. Franz Schütz, MBA, has been a member of the Executive Board of VIVATIS Holding AG since 2018. In his role as CTO, he is responsible for the strategic development of the Operations, Procurement, Project Management, and Sustainability divisions. Prior to joining VIVATIS, Dr. Schütz, who holds a Ph.D. in Process Engineering, held various leadership positions in the industry, most recently as Plant Engineering Manager at CNH Industrial Austria. Schütz studied process engineering with a focus on industrial environmental protection at the Montanuniversität Leoben and also completed additional postgraduate studies as well as a doctoral program.

His areas of responsibility include Safety & Health, Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Innovation Management, Sustainability Management, and Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
