WE ARE PART OF THE CYCLE

VIVATIS AND ARA

SUSTAINABILITY ALL ALONG THE LINE

Ever since they were established, the subsidiaries of VIVATIS Holding AG have worked closely with ARA – Altstoff Recycling Austria AG. This longstanding partnership is also communicated externally by means of regular marketing collaborations and the associated messaging.
2023 is focused on an awareness campaign intended to raise consciousness amongst end users. Keep raw materials in circulation, make full use of valuable resources and thereby protect the environment: The ARA, together with numerous Austrian companies, calls for greater awareness when it comes to trash separation. Because, in order to return every piece of packaging to the product cycle for recycling, we need the commitment of each and every individual.
With a central slogan “We want your packaging raw materials back.”, the campaign will be rolled out collaboratively by year’s end with the goal of increasing the collective motivation of the population as well as creating awareness that trash, as a reusable material, needs to be returned to the product cycle.

MARESI - PARTNER OF THE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

Recycling is one of the most central themes of our time. Consequently, it goes virtually without saying that MARESI, as a longstanding partner of ARA, supports the campaign “Leave raw materials in the cycle”. The theme of sustainability has been of significant importance to MARESI for a long time, both when it comes to packaging as well as the origin of products. That is why, for example, MARESI coffee milk has been put out in a glass bottle ever since it was first produced in 1995.

PLEASE THROW AWAY - RECYCLING MADE EASY

With a recycling rate of over 79%, the tinplate packaging used by Inzersdorfer is very environmentally friendly. The reason for this is its magnetic characteristic, allowing it to be separated easily from other types of trash. After further processing as appropriate, tinplate can be reintroduced into the steel manufacturing process and may be turned into new packaging materials.
